Full moon aerial workshop

These 2 hour workshops are $60, includes a smudging, tarot pull, yoga oracle pull, 10-12 poses and a guided meditation laying in your silk cocoon. The cueing and music are themed to what the moon's energy is ushering in each month. Ex: February-Snow Moon, June-Strawberry Moon, October-Blood Moon. Please bring your yoga mat, water and any amulets that inspire you.
